I need to re-schedule the delivery of my balloon/custom topper order. What should I do?

Balloons:

To ensure stock availability of all balloons ordered, all rescheduled orders have to be for at least 1 day before the newly requested delivery or pickup date via WhatsApp at 9663 6864 and we will try our best to accommodate. 

Custom pieces:

To ensure enough lead time for custom pieces ordered, all rescheduled orders have to be for at least 3 days before the newly requested delivery or pickup date via WhatsApp at 9663 6864 and we will try our best to accommodate. 

However do note that we will not be able to make any changes if your order has already been processed/in delivery. 

 

I need balloons urgently. Please help.

Should you need to order balloons urgently, we will try our best kindly contact us via WhatsApp at 9663 6864 and we will try our best to accommodate.   

 

I received a damaged/incorrect item. What now?

Please check your order upon delivery. If item is damaged/incorrect please highlight and return the item to the delivery person immediately and we will replace them accordingly for you. There will be no exchange/refund once you have signed for the delivery. 

 

Can I change an item in my order?

Please contact us immediately in the event of a change and we will do our very best to accommodate. However do note that we will not be able to make any changes if your order has already been processed/in delivery. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once placed due to the stocks management and personalisations involved. Please ensure that you enter the correct mailing address, correct design and correct quantity before checking out.
