Order & Delivery Guide

We take pride in every order made and we want to make sure that every item sent out will be in its perfect condition. There will be no exchange or refunds for items purchased as all items will be checked thoroughly before delivery. By submitting your order implies your agreement to our terms and conditions and your confirmation of the item. We will always do our very best to display colours of our products as close as possible to their original colours. We will also need your cooperation to make sure that the resolution of your monitor screen does affect the colour you see, thus we cannot assure you that the colours you see will be exactly the same as the product's. 

 

How to Order

Kindly add your preferred products into your shopping cart and do remember to add the right quantities/colours.

Proceed to checkout your cart when you are ready to finalise your purchase and add in your preferred date and time for delivery/collection in the remark box upon checkout. 

An order confirmation email will be sent to you once we have received your order and will reach out to your separately via whatsapp/email to confirm the collection/delivery date and time. 

Do note that selection of date and time is not applicable for couriered delivery.

Delivery

Delivery for orders without balloons via standard Courier - $5 (flat rate)

Please allow 1-2 working days for order to be processed and another 2-3 working days for your order to arrive courier. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been processed.

Delivery for orders with balloons - $20 (Islandwide flat rate)

All balloon orders can be delivered between 12:00PM – 10:00PM (weekday) and 10:00AM - 7:00PM (weekends), inclusive of Public Holidays based on availability. Please include your preferred date and time for the delivery in the checkout remarks and we will do our best to accomodate.

All orders are to be submitted and paid for in advance, with the delivery date and timings to be pre-arranged upon order submission.

Kindly ensure that someone is available at your delivery venue during the pre-arranged delivery time to receive your order when it arrives. 

No re-delivery or refund or cancellations will be allowed for no shows/wrong delivery details provided/last minute cancellations. 

 

Self-Collection - Free

All orders are to be submitted and paid for in advance. 

Kinldy note that all collections are by appointment only. You are required to let us know of your preferred collection date & time by including it in the remarks box during checkout. This is to ensure that we have your orders ready at the correct timing.

Cancellations/Postponement

No cancellation will be allowed once order has been made. In the event of any changes required to be made, kindly contact us via WhatsApp at 9663 6864 or email us at [email protected] immediately with your order number and updated details at least 8 hours before your collection/delivery. It will be reviewed by a case on case basis.

Any changes required to be made after the 8 hour mark will be considered cancelled and non-refundable for helium balloons/customised orders. 

Kindly note any helium orders that are not collected will NOT be replaced/refunded and you will need to make a new order for it. If multiple attempts of re-delivery occurs and parcel is sent back to us, you will be charged with the full delivery fee (depending on weight of parcel) in order for us to re-arrange new delivery timings for you.
