All helium filled balloons will come with 1.5m curling ribbon and weight.
Floating time for the number foil balloon is about 24 hours and about 8 hours for the latex balloons depending on your surrounding temperature.
Please note that for foil helium balloons under high temperature, exposure under the sun, friction and force etc will cause the balloon to explode and under cold temperature it will cause it to look a little deflated.
